Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted in writing via mail, email, or fax (contact information is listed below).
For a full refund, written cancellations must be received 15 business days prior to the start date of the training. Cancellations received 7 business days prior to the start date of the training are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 7 business days prior to the start date are not entitled to a refund. This policy is due to the high level of customization involved, which is based on the number of people that have registered as well as space limitations. If a program is canceled by us, a full refund will be provided.
